I create Experiential Artworks inspired by "Instruction Art," an approach that influences people's inner thoughts and actions through language.

At the heart of each piece is an INSTRUCTION (問いかけ - inquiry/prompt)—a short poetic phrase that serves both as a conceptual blueprint and a guidepost throughout the creative process. These instructions are written with the hope that they will resonate with the audience’s memories and senses, prompting a response from within.

I explore the possibility of artworks that, much like musical scores or recipes, are completed through the audience's participation (interpretation and practice)

What you find here are a series of works developed through this approach. While they began with performance-based practices and were born in different locations and contexts, each one centers around the subtle awareness and experiences that arise in human connection.

This mode of expression is grounded in my deep affinity with the ethos of 1960s avant-garde art—particularly the ideas-centered and action-oriented practices found in Fluxus and Conceptual Art. Rather than aiming for a fixed or finished form, I seek to create works that capture the discoveries and transformations that occur between people.
In a time when information and values are in constant flux, my interest lies in opening up questions. I engage in cross-disciplinary practices as a way to respond—on my own terms—to the changing nature of communication and our relationships with society and the environment.
To me, art is about creating space for diverse sensibilities to breathe. It’s about offering a quiet invitation for each person to encounter their own meaning—and in that unfolding, the artwork is completed.

私は、言葉を通じて人の内面や行動に働きかける「インストラクション・アート」の手法にインスパイアーされた体験型の作品（Experiential Artworks) 制作を行っています。

各作品のコンセプトを示す設計図であり、制作過程における道しるべとなるのが、短い詩文のような「INSTRUCTION（問いかけ）」です。このインストラクションは、読む人の記憶や感覚に触れ、それぞれの内側から応答が立ち上がることを願って書かれています。

楽譜やレシピのように、読み手の解釈と実践によって作品が完成する——そんな可能性を探求しています。

ここ紹介する作品群は、パフォーマンスアートから始まり、それぞれ異なる場所や状況で生まれていますが、どの作品も「人と人のあいだに生まれる気づきや体験」を大切にしています。

こうした表現の背景には、1960年代の前衛芸術——特にフルクサスやコンセプチュアル・アートに見られる、アイデアや行為を重視する姿勢への共感があります。完成された「かたち」ではなく、人と人のあいだに生まれる変化や発見をすくい取るような作品をつくりたいと考えています。
現代という、情報や価値観が絶えず交錯する状況において、私の関心は「問いをひらくこと」へと向かっています。コミュニケーションのあり方や、社会・環境とのつながりについて、自身の立場から応答する方法を探りながら、領域を横断して活動を展開しています。
私にとってアートとは、多様な人々の感性に寄り添い、それぞれの体験が生まれる余白を提供することです。一人ひとりが自分なりの意味を見つけていく過程そのものが、作品の完成形だと考えています。
